Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and Council of December 18, 2006, MANEX Sp. z o.o. is considered a “downstream user” of PVC granules, and cables and wires, as finished products, are not subject to registration in the REACH system. Therefore, we are not obligated to have confirmation from the ECHA agency. We also note that we do not import materials or other components for production from outside the European Union.
Based on the above and information from our suppliers, we confirm that we meet the requirements of the REACH regulation and the ECHA agency.
Additionally, we confirm that the granules we use comply with the requirements of the European RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU of June 8, 2011, including the European Directive 2015/863/EU of March 31, 2015, amending Annex II of the former. According to supplier declarations, the prohibited substances mentioned in the Directive are not used.
