Achievements

Implementation of Halogen-Free Railway Cables

In response to the changing requirements for railway cables, Manex started preparations for the implementation of new technologies. As a result of research and development work, a product was obtained in 2010, which was tested by the Materials and Structural Components Testing Laboratory IK. The positive results of the tests led to Manex receiving a certificate from the Railway Institute in Warsaw in 2011 for compliance with the standard PN-K 02511:2000 for two cable series: MXC 1000HF and MXR 1000HF. As a result, Manex began implementing the production of halogen-free cables for rail vehicles.

 

Product Innovations

In recent years, Manex Sp. z o.o. has introduced numerous product innovations and technological advancements to maintain its strong position in the cable and wire manufacturing market.

At the turn of 2011 and 2012, MANEX began preparations for the certification of the series. After passing a rigorous audit of documentation and production-measurement capabilities, the company obtained the certificate of compliance with the new standard PN-EN 50525-1:2011 in 2012 for two series: H05V-K and H05V2-K.

Also, in 2012, MANEX began the production of halogen-free wires of the types H05Z-K and H07Z-K, as well as halogen-free wires for the automotive industry, Class C according to ISO 6722. Currently, work is underway to introduce halogen-free wires for the construction industry. This project aligns with the European Parliament’s Regulation (CPR) regarding construction products.

 

Platinum Distinction

In February 2009, Manex Sp. z o.o. received a platinum distinction for its partnership with ASTOR.

Entrepreneurship Leader

For exceptional achievements in the field of entrepreneurship, Manex Sp. z o.o. was awarded the title and statuette of “Entrepreneurship Leader” three times in the National Competitions for the years 2002, 2005, and 2007. This distinction is granted for dynamic growth and the adaptation of the company’s structure to the EU market.

 

Business Gazelles

The Business Gazelles are awarded annually by the national newspaper “Puls Biznesu.”

They are a confirmation of a strong market position and membership in the elite group of dynamically developing companies in Poland. MANEX was honored with these prestigious awards in 2007, 2008, and again in 2014.

 

 

 

Małopolska Quality Award

 

In 2007, MANEX Sp. z o.o. was awarded the Małopolska Quality Award for its commitment to quality management. Manex was the sole laureate in the category of manufacturing and service organizations in the 9th edition of the Małopolska Quality Award competition. The company’s management received the prestigious “Małopolska Nike” statuette from the Marshal of Małopolska, Mr. Marek Nawara.

 

 

 

 

 

NAGRODA CZYSTY BIZNES

 

In December 2007, MANEX Sp. z o.o. was awarded the National “Clean Business” Prize in the category of energy, water, and waste management for the project titled “Cooling Process Technology with Heat Recovery, Applied in the Production Line.” The innovative heat recovery solution used to heat production halls resulted in significant economic benefits and contributed to environmental protection.

 

 

 

 

In 2007, Manex Sp. z o.o. was awarded the “Responsible Company” Certificate in recognition of its success in effectively managing the company’s financial resources. Due to its promotion of fair business practices, the company was recommended for collaboration as a responsible and trustworthy partner.

 

At the X International Trade Fair for Plastic Processing PLASTPOL 2006, the company received an award for the rotary cutting knife integrated with a belt extractor.
