On August 22, 2012, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) finalized rules for implementing Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This section mandates reporting on minerals sourced from conflict-affected areas. Manex Sp. z o.o. is committed to complying with this legislation.
Manex Sp. z o.o. does not directly purchase tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold (3TG) from smelters or mines. Based on our procurement policy, supplier selection process, and information provided by our key suppliers, we have no reason to believe that our products contain minerals sourced from unverified mines or smelters in the vicinity of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We fully understand the importance of this legislation and are committed to the shared goal of creating a socially responsible supply chain.
