General Terms of Delivery
GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY No. 1/2016 of 10.11.2016
- The order should be fulfilled according to the prices specified in the offer.
- If it becomes impossible to fulfill the order according to the specification, please notify us immediately.
- Each batch must include a certificate of quality (attestation).
- The ordered material must be free from lead (applies to granules and dyes).

E-mail: biuro@manex.com.pl - A written confirmation of order acceptance, including the delivery deadline, must be sent within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Please include our order number on the invoice.
- Only products/items specified in the latest version of the drawings or purchase specifications will be accepted.
- Goods not listed in the purchase order will be returned to the supplier.
- Deviations of +/-5% in deliveries compared to the quantities listed in the order will not be accepted.
- Packaging must be adequately adapted to the products to ensure they are not damaged during transport.
- The following information must be included on delivery confirmations and packaging:
- Product description
- Quantity of delivered goods
- Purchase Order Number
Lack of the above information may result in the goods being returned.
- Each delivery must comply with the legal requirements in force in the EU or with the final customer’s requirements (provided with the order) concerning ROHS, REACH, IMDS, CMRT CONGO, OHS.
- Additional information: listed on the order.
