Recruitment Process – Information Clause
The data controller is Manex Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at al. Słowackiego 37, 31-159 Kraków (hereinafter “Manex”). Personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process based on applicable legal provisions, and providing the data is necessary for compliance with these provisions (e.g., name, surname, professional experience, education as required by the Labor Code). Other data included in the application (e.g., image) is processed based on voluntary consent, given by submitting the recruitment application, and providing such data does not affect the ability to participate in the recruitment process.
Personal data submitted in the application will be processed for the purpose of recruitment for the position specified in the job advertisement for a period of 2 months from the end of the recruitment process. If consent is given for participation in future recruitments, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
The submitted personal data may be shared with service providers for publishing job ads, recruitment management systems, IT service providers such as hosting services, and providers of information systems.
The candidate has the right to access their data, including obtaining a copy, rectifying the data, requesting its deletion, restricting its processing, objecting to its processing, and transferring the data (if consent for processing was given) to another data controller. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the consent was withdrawn.
