- Adaptation of the quality laboratory room for photovoltaic cable testing.

Deadline for completion of work: no later than December 23, 2020. - Purchase and installation of an air conditioning system for the laboratory.
The offer must include a ceiling-mounted indoor unit and an outdoor unit, ensuring the maintenance of a set temperature in the laboratory.

Deadline for completion of work: no later than December 21, 2020. - Purchase of a dryer for “HotSetTest” testing.
The offer must be complete and enable tests to be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the crosslinking degree testing standard using the specified method.
Delivery of the complete device – no later than Q2 2021, with expedited delivery preferred.

Offers are expected for type testing of the H1Z2Z2-K cable for compliance with PN-EN 50618:2015-03, including quantitative fluorine analysis, excluding long-term heat resistance testing. Partial testing of the H1Z2Z2-K cable sample from the upper dimensional range of the PN-EN 50618:2015-03 standard is also required. Tests must be conducted by an accredited laboratory; the results will form the basis for safety assessments and CE marking.

The Contracting Authority excludes the following from the procurement procedure:
- A contractor who has not demonstrated compliance with the participation requirements in the procedure or has not proven the absence of exclusion grounds.
- A contractor who is personally or financially related to the Contracting Authority.
Personal or financial ties are understood as mutual connections between the Contracting Authority or persons authorized to incur obligations on behalf of the Contracting Authority or persons performing activities on behalf of the Contracting Authority related to the preparation and conduct of the contractor selection procedure and the contractor. These ties particularly include:- Participation in a company as a partner in a civil law partnership or a partnership,
- Holding at least 10% of shares or stocks, unless a lower threshold results from legal regulations or is specified by the Managing Authority of the Operational Program,
- Serving as a member of a supervisory or management body, a proxy, or an attorney,
- Being in a marital relationship, direct blood relationship, or affinity, or second-degree collateral kinship or affinity, or in an adoption, guardianship, or custody relationship.
Please include a DECLARATION OF LACK OF PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS with the offer, containing the following statement:
“I/we declare that I am/we are not personally or financially related to the Contracting Authority.”
