RODO – Personal Data Processing Principles
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we provide you with the following basic information regarding the processing of personal data:

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Conclusion and performance of contracts (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Fulfilling legal obligations, including issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Marketing and promotion of our products and services (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR)
- Archival purposes (evidence), potential determination, pursuit, or defense against claims, ensuring the safety of people and property based on our legitimate interest (Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes, in accordance with legal requirements, including for the protection of potential claims for a period of 6 years.
In the case of data processing for marketing purposes based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), until you withdraw your consent.
Recipients of Personal Data
Your personal data will be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Entities authorized to access the data under applicable law;
- Data processors acting on our behalf, i.e., entities that process data as subcontractors, based on an agreement and strictly in accordance with our instructions.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data and the right to obtain information on the categories of data, the purposes of processing, and a copy of your data;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to be forgotten, which means the right to delete data that is processed unlawfully or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- Objection to data processing, as well as the right to restrict processing of your data. In this case, after reviewing your request, we may no longer process your personal data unless we demonstrate the existence of important, legally justified grounds for processing that override your rights and interests, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- Data portability, meaning you have the right to request that your personal data be sent directly to another controller, if technically feasible;
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (if processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of GDPR.
Voluntary Data Provision
Providing data for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract is voluntary, but failure to provide the data will prevent the execution of the contract.
In the case of consent for processing data for marketing purposes, providing personal data is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
